If naturals can only gain like 10lbs of muscle a year or something like that, that means a real recomp will only lose 10 lbs of fat in a year. Cutting is key. Yes, you can build muscle and lose fat at the same time if you're starting from a higher bf%.

That's a false premise. I don't know how much I gained the first year but it was a lot more than 10lb.

Depends on your self image and how intelligent you are
If you're dumb and vain, you'll stop eating and lose muscle and rebound with more fat
If you're smart you'll recomp to constantly gain muscle and even out so you don't get flabby especially if you're bigger.

Why does the the math have to be like that? You're just inserting your autism into the mix for no reason. You can adjust shit as you please. You can eat 180g protein a day and keep it at about 1700 cal and the macros can fluctuate such as higher lower carbs for physical activity and grams of fat per day to have your body burn more fat than consumed. That's why constant adjustments are necessary depending how your body is reacting to training and current diet.

Muscle building has nothing to do with fat storage. Only carbs and fats store as fat, protein cannot. Only protein builds muscle. So bulking is a meme to make you get fat by overconsuming carbs and fats. You can gain muscle and lose fat simultaneously by eating high protein, low carb and fat. It just sucks because you have less really available energy. But you want to burn your stored fat. You likely won't get great performance and will think your muscles are getting worse, but trust me that's not how the body works. CICO is bullshit because it doesn't consider what the different macros do, protein shouldn't even be counted as a calorie if you're not in a state of ketosis, because it isn't used as burnable energy and can never be stored as energy.

Real. I recently started eating 3g of protein per kg of body weight and very little fat and carbohydrate. The results have been great. Iโ€™m losing fat quickly, my workouts arenโ€™t suffering, and I donโ€™t feel cold/tired/hungry all the time like I have during previous attempts to get lean.

Regular resistance training aka just lift. Cut out all processed food, eat at maintenance, lift 3 times a week, get noob gains, make sure you're getting all your vitamins. Once your testosterone increases from the lifting your body will store less belly fat. Once you build a decent amount of lean body mass then you can cut. Also cut out alcohol, it is poison.
