John F. Kennedy once said on Black Ops 1's Zombies Five cutscene - "Do not pray for easy lives, my friends, pray to be stronger men".

The model around which Christianity is based is putting your burdens on someone else because you can't carry them yourself.

Yeah I agree, the stronger you are the better
It still makes the burden easier
And you're still just asking for it instead of getting it yourself
You're just using your god as a genie

nice trips but you’re wrong. Its not about giving over responsibility it’s about gaining more of it. We give Christ our burdens, shame, anger, guilt, whatever. In return he tells us to transform them to help others and lift them up. By things such as forgiveness, serving others, making sacrifices to help others, building discipline.

>You also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession—to the praise of his glory. Ephesians 1:14-14

I didn't read past the first couple words of your post because you misrepresented what I said and instead implemented your own strawman. Next time don't do that when you're trying to do apologetics If you want people to actually finish the first sentence of your post
