Anyone got realistic transformations? Beginner noodle arm to fit. I'd like to get some perspective

For what purpose? Just lift, you don't need perspective just trust the process and don't slack off

they will always be useless to you
you are you
and people show muscles really differently

if you want motivation measure some actual (biological) markers and track progress
for lifting something like
>BF%
>lean body mass
>body weight
>numbers for your lifts!!
set (realistic) goals
celebrate if you improve and get closer / reach your goals

when I started my goal was to get from 0 to 5 pullups within a year
I did 8 after 12months and was ecstatic

set goals like these
not gaslight yourself into body dysmophia
