eat fiber. I don't mean "take a fiber supplement", but eat food that has lots of fiber in it. Although net carbs is done with math against fiber, skip that and just look for a high score of dietary fiber. Some oats, pasta made of beans like Kaizen, and some protein bars like No Cow and IQ Bar are decent (I'm white btw). You don't need to go wild on fiber, you just need more than the probably 0 fiber that you're running on right now.
