Do both arms at once, at the end of the ROM, bow down slightly.

This is the exercise that gives best tension on the muscle throughout the entire ROM.
Be careful at the start though, snap city.

Piggybacking on this retarded thread, how do I get good squeeze at the top of a bicep movement? Maybe my mind muscle connection isn’t there but even when I’m trying I have a hard time getting that burning squeeze at the top of the movement, it seems to all go to my brachioradialis or somewhere else.

you're supposed to step out so the cable is pulling your arms directly back rather than down. That gives a much better stretch. It's nice because it's one of the few bicep curls that stretches out the muscle without obliterating the tendons (like preacher curls). Still, doing curls on a double stack is giga-dyel behavior, incline db curls are basically the same movement but respectable
