Vitamin B
How do I AVOID Vitamin B?
Just got a bloodtest and it said I have unusually high levels of VitB.

It seems like every healthy food I'm used to eating (meat, liver, eggs, dairy, legumes, leafys) has high VitB and I'm struggling to replace them.

Do you happen to drink a lot of energy drinks? Manufacturers add a shitton of b12 and taurine to them for some reason.

maybe you're eating too much liver? you really only need a very small amount and you don't have to consume it daily.

Like iron, most females are grossly deficient in them because of shitty food habits, eg junk food veganism, girl dinners, and general distaste in meats beyond goyslop like nuggies and hot dogs. Supplementing it in is cheap way for the drink to actually provide energy and well-being to such consumers. There's also some random BS about it being a cognitive enhancer but that's just propaganda.

stop eating liver and swap out red meat for a few weeks That will fix it. Organ meats are fucking gross and for poors anyways, just eat some veggies and you will get all the nutrients.
