uh i guess in theory this is ideal? last year or whatever when i started using chatgpt it told me to eat X amount of carbs 90mins before going to do cardio. the reasoning was you use it immediately rather than letting it store.

but a meal implies way more than 150-250 calories worth. but if you're just walking i suppose feeling sluggish isn't an issue anyhow
