I'm at the fucking gym to work out, so I ignore women anyway. The type of woman giving guys positive attention at the gym isn't the kind I'm particularly interested in anyway. I just fucking ignore them and work out. If I noticed a tiktok being made about me, I'd probably be bummed and shit but I'm happy with my life and get plenty of attention outside the gym.
Additionally, cruelty is something I've come to expect from women these days. Obviously it's not all of them but it's commonplace enough now that the nice ones are special (and not typically at the gym).

There's a straight passing fag in my gym, at least in terms of looks, but he has THE lisp. And one girl tried to imply that he's ogling her. There is no "reasonable expectation of privacy" in a public place. So people can record what they want and if you're in it, tough shit.
There are also single-party consent states. Which basically means you can record even when there is a reasonable expectation of privacy without informing the other person (i.e. a tape recorder in your pocket they don't know about). But a third party recording without consent would be a no-no.
There are exceptions though, as always. If the public place is a business or something, and they have rules against recording, then they can kick you out if you do. And if you refuse to leave they can trespass you. But recording in that case isn't breaking a law, its just breaking their rule.
And someone recording for monetary purposes (news program, tv show, content creators aiming to generate revenue, etc) typically need to get consent. But that's because you own the rights to your likeness, so they have to have your permission to put you in something that is going to make them money.

They actually all avoid me. When I go to the free weight area, that is mostly used by women to do meme exercise and take selfies, to stretch at the end of my workout, they all leave in the next five minutes maximum. I know it's me because if every other male goes they stay there, if no one goes they stay there, but if I enter the room they all get up and leave. Never talked to a woman since I've had a gf besides relatives or non skippable cutscenes in real life, in the gym I always have my earbuds on because I don't want to socialize with people, I just want to finish my workout as fast as possible and go home.
