is there any way to fix shoulder pain except a fuck ton of time not lifting?

i have tried mobility, strengthening exercises but nothing has helped me.

pretty shitty period where i cant train anything fun except arms

any advice

I’m trying to figure out how fucked I am with a herniated disc in my lower back… PT doesn’t do much and epidurals didn’t do shit either

Mobility exercises
Work your back more
Squeeze your shoulder blades together while pushing
If you're doing the above properly you won't have shoulder pain

The shoulder is a complex group. Where is the pain? Often it’s weaker muscle in the area that cause it.

Brother, you are forever fucked. Like me lmao L1 and L5 babyyy. Just look up lowbackability on jootoob and do all his exercises from small steps with minor progression. Really helps with controlling yourself to get better. I can do multiple sets of back extensions to fail, power clean 225 still at 6'0 190 after a long time rebuilding. I still hurt my shit sometimes but I'm not out of commission like I was before. Got a strengthen those intrspinalis muscles n shit mufukker

Yeah it’s such a shitty thing to have happen. No one in senpai has something like this so they don’t get it. I feel like it’s just an accelerated death sentence cuz like how tf do you not end up on narcotics n shit. Mine is L5-S1 with nerve root impingement. Neuro told me one day surgery will have to happen

You have to heal and do PT. Is it a compression hernia or a stretched?
I think mine are coupled so either way I move it used to be literally breath taking lol I just healed, took some Vicodin and muscle relaxers for a week and was able to sleep, then as I weened off, I slowly started to work out my lower back, core, hip flexies and shit. Feel much better. I deadlifted 315 for 4 and lost grip the other day, complete lockout, no issues.
I'm telling you, do LBA, stay off the pain meds for anything longer than a week, cause that shit will kill you quicker than anything and get you fuckin hooked so fast you won't even feel it happening

how'd you guys fuck your discs? I'm starting to squat + deadlift again after not doing them for a long while. I broke my ankle like two years ago so it's as healed as it's gonna get at this point but it still feels like my physiology is fucked compared to what it used to be. My lower left back hurts a shit load more than it used to especially when deadlifting. I'm not even using heavy weight (les than 2pl8), but I feel uneven. It's on the side that I broke my ankle on fwiw. Am I gonna slip a disc as well if I keep pushing?

This shit started two years ago and I got somewhat better but legs still ache a like mofo. I have some weakness in left leg. Doc won’t give narcotics so I’ve just been alternating Meloxicam and aleeve every other day. It’s just so annoying like prolong sitting and standing PAIN. How tf am I suppose function in life with that? I know about LBA but just seem skeptical cuz young kid influencer etc but I’ll give it a go.

asking the same but for the back, i squatted and deadlifted on Wednesday and my lower and mid back is tight as hell. i need relief
