How can you make up for never having played sports as a kid?
I am 24 and just realizing how much you miss if you did not play sports during your formative years. It lands you good hormones, your body develops big and strong, broad shoulders, big dick, good physical development, coordination. You get the fundamental social gains, teamwork, friends, landing you cute sporty girls. You get all the good memories from winning and losing.
If you start as an adult you get nothing. All the glory is gone.
How can I still work out that regret though? I started going to the gym and run but I am constantly reminded by my fat ugly small dicked wide hip narrow shoulder onions body how much my youth ruined me for my entire life.

No it doesn't do that, maybe it can slightly help or rather not impede your normal growth, but it doesn't cause any of it
Most of it is genes

you sound cute anon. I didn't play sports growing up because I hated working out. I tried soccer, basketball, tennis, swimming, probably some others I forgot. I was just an emo autist and still am.

But the point is I only really managed to do swimming a bit but quit. Watching anime sports gave me motivation to want to get into again like bluelock but I'm also reminded my body has been deteriorating not only in the regular fat flabby way but also health conditions so I am limited in what I can do.

I would just go for it and stop mopping around, you may not become the next allstar athlete but you can at least try to and create memories from there

My body was ruined by being fat and my parents feeding my terrible fast food. My penis is way below average, I got a terrible build with wide hips, short legs, long torso and 5'9" manlet. Also have this weird deformed face from only eating soft foods.
If my parents made me do sports and eat lots of chewy steak with vegetables I would have developed a nice big penis and at least a normal manly body. Now everything is in shambles.

I will stick to gym and running. I will try my best to get my body to at least average but I can't do anything about my face, height and dick. It's crazy how my (dating) life was already decided from my youth.

I was you 5 years ago. It takes a very long time to unfuck yourself but it is possible. Just try getting strong and lean and let time do the rest. You will become attractive

It could be worse, anon. I played a bunch of sports but I wasn't talented enough to be a starting position in anything so I mostly just watched. It felt like shit watching other kids playing football and getting emotionally invested in the game and I only got put in at the very end of games when the coach knew we were going to win and felt bad for us. At least in some sports like baseball, everyone is forced to participate. I remember my parents being pissed once because we drove 3 hours for a game and I never even got to play in it.

Me too, but I have a big cock, have a good frame and am 6'2
Did I potentially lose out on gains? Maybe, but the majority is just genes

>participating in an activity where you can do everything right and still lose because some dipshit on your team didn't work as hard as you.

The only thing you missed was getting to learn that lesson in school instead of work. On the flip side, you avoided turning into an Al Bundy type who gives up on accomplishing anything because he thinks he peaked in high school.

thank god my parents put me in sports. I grew an 8 inch cock and broad strong shoulders and I am tall. Every day I live complete confidence and a sense of relaxed glory knowing I have already won before I even put my pants on. The sports filled me with courage and toughness so that nothing can get to me, and my physical dominance makes everyone I meet into a follower who I can boss around. I just got done fucking my girlfriend again, lol that shit was so cash. Lol suck to suck OP you fucking loser. Pic related is me and my gf

Read the sticky. Stick to it for three months. You won't have these thoughts anymore.

Source: I'm a hyper manlet autist. Didn't do sports as a kid, spent my teens and entire 20's playing videogames and smoking weed. 29 now. Been in the gym 3 months and started running last week and I feel fantastic. Super optimistic about my body because it already feels completely different to how it did 3 months ago.

you can walk into most rec sports games today and ask if they need a sub, it's not that serious. a good opener is to ask if they're keeping score. the commercial gym business is all about keeping people coming back to work out their flaws and insecurities, which is why the walls have mirrors and shit. if you commit to 15 mins a day, like running a mile or walking or biking to your school/work/thirdplace you get better before you know it

is this another r9k/incel thread?
retard you literally run everywhere and stay active 24/7 as a kid with or without sports
the only reasons to do sports were for your parents to drop you off so you stop annoying them with your bullshit and showering with the boys (not homosexual)

>coordination
This is the big one. There are a lot of people who get into fitness/lifting after a childhood of being nerdy/loner/etc. and get in great shape. But ask them to throw a ball, dribble a basketball, swing a bat/club and they immediately look like the spaz they were in 5th grade gym.
Even pro athletes who specialized in one sport can look awkward doing another because they never developed outside their one specialized skill

it means work jobs with your peers like a restaurant or bartending and do activities like head out with friends to places other young people go and go to college and interact with your peers in your classes and activities etc etc
