You're probably +20%bf you fatass. Post pics. I never train abs and have very visible abs, adonis belt and serratus at like 13%bf

If you did a modicum of compounds you'd have abs by now assuming you're actually 10% bf (or at least 15%} and have been going >1 years

i did 10 leg lifts from a dead hang today. i think i destroyed my abs and tomorrow they are going to be sore af. need to get some good sleep tonight and do more lower ab work tomorrow.

i made mine by disengaging psoas during crunches - lie on bed and hook yer heels at the edge of it and pull towards ur anus and down, flex gluteuses maxes also and THEN crunch, the secret to abs is in this pullin legs down not up as u crunch

what is the opposit of legs up? LEGS DOWN, pull em fucking down at the hips as u crunch and in isometric hold cause that's what uses muscle the best :D
