This is cool, I will maybe go to 160 but that's it. Haven't touched a barbell almost a year and don't miss it.

I'm 6'0.8 319lbs and hit 1/2/3/3.5 for reps
In the real world twinks get mogged by big guys like me. I literally walk up to twinks at the gym in front of their gfs and give them shit. (i leave gfless twinks alone because i relate to being an incel since i never had a gf too)
