Eat less and trace the calories. The biggest reason for the hiatus is that as time goes by, your metabolism slows down to maintain the status quo, so you should lower your calorie intake by about 100 to 200 calories or, just eat slightly above your maintenance calories (cheat day is for this) to normalize your metabolism. With weight training like HIT and moderate calorie deficit like up to 500kcal, you can lose fat and even gain muscle slowly too.
