No, different guy.

If you're natty you should. The more I've been able to take away from this guy the better my training has gotten in terms of flexibility, lower injury rate, less burn out, just less wasted time in general. I just know how much work exactly it takes for me to grow and how many differnt ways I can achieve that. As well as what's not going to work. It's not so much revolutionary ideas it is mainly stripping away as much bullshit as possible until you're left with a reproducible methodology that's still fairly wide. I think his wizardry with diet and stuff is probably going to the most impactful for lifters who want to get lean without drugs or stay lean or want to do it quickly. When you know what works and how that translates to other routines and styles of lifting it gives you a lot of freedom and a lot of confidence knowing that at least you're doing "enough" so you're not hitting your head against the wall thinking I need to squeeze in another 10 sets a week or some stupid shit.
