Is training lightly everyday better than training harder thrice a week?
By training light, I mean 10 min cardio and a couple of sets of lifting everyday
Training """""heavily""""" (by my standards) is 30 min cardio and 5-6 sets of lifting every M-W-F-S
I am not trying to get big. I am trying to lose weight. Consider picrel, I am an 8 trying to be somewhere between 2 and 3.
