Calibrother here.
Usually my go to leg exercises are Bulgarian split squats, cossack squat and your run of the mill squat.
I have a 10kg sandbag type weight that I will use for doing said exercises when I'm training at the park.
When I'm at the gym I'll use some kettle bells and hold like a goblet.
I also hike a shitload and genetically have decent legs so I don't sweat legs too much.

Pistol or assisted pistol squats are great too. But my knees are fucked after decades of skateboarding. They stress them too much for my liking, so I stay away.

calisthenics is training to move your own weight. You already do that with your legs any time you're not sitting, so strength wise there's no point in training past doing bodyweight squats. It's more worthwhile to train leg endurance like for hiking, maybe your legs won't get bigger but they will be more useful

More nordic curls. Its actually really rare to see someone be able to do a single nordic curl where they start at the top go down to the bottom and come back up. Usually what happens is they go almost halfway down, drop to the ground, and push themselves back up. The linked article does have some good information, and I do like sliding/suspended leg curls.

As usual, its people can't actually do/hate training the exercise, rely on EMG studies, and only talk about training specific muscles in isolation which is not how your body uses them in real life.

Try finding videos of people doing nordic curls where they go all/most of the way down and come back up. Its actually pretty hard to find. For many people it will take two or three years of training nordic curls 3-4 times a week before they can do a single fullish nordic curl. Thats why you are not seeing people being able to do one. Just go look for the videos, there should be ton given the amount of people talking about the exercise. Theres almost none.

>I can't run because it's too high impact on the joints
>I can't do dips because of my shoulders
>I can't go home and eat the christmas day dinner with my family, think of the macros
>I can't stretch, because it's a bad idea to become too flexible.
>I can't go outside when it's sunny, because I'll get skin cancer
>I can't do hamstring curls because uhh knee joints and it's like unnatural
Niggas will get in a lab and pool over data tables before working out or going outside

hey I'm a total faggot and do calithenics.
usually my go to leg exercises are the milk cock squats I mean milk my fat cossack squats.
I have a 10kg sandbag I hump by the children's park.
when I'm at the gym the only 'free weights' I move are the kettle bells. I hold it like a goblet.
I also hike and pack fudge on the brokeback mountain but I have decent legs so I don't sweat too much.

thanks for the gold kind stranger!

funny because there are actually studies done showing the literal opposite -- superior injury prevention
