Middle-aged, soon-to-be divorced — fastest route to becoming fuckable?
Alright /fit/, I need the brutal truth. I’m a 45 y/o, 6’0, sitting at 195 lbs. Divorce is right around the corner and I want a full personal renovation. Not just a “get healthier” thing — I mean fastest, most extreme results possible.

Nothing’s off the table:
• Steroids / TRT / hormone therapy — worth it at my age for speed?
• Personal trainers / marathon gym sessions — how much volume can I realistically handle before it’s counterproductive?
• Style upgrades — tattoos, grooming, stylists, etc.
• Diet hacks — if I need to live on chicken, rice, and clenbuterol, so be it.

I’ve already made decent progress just grinding naturally, but I want to push the accelerator down and not waste time. My goal is simple: when I walk into a room, I want women to double-take. I want to become unapologetically fuckable.

Me personally, I would stay as natty as possible, simply because I don't want to long term problems. Besides, looking fuckable has less to do with being big, and more to do with being lean / athletic, so first and foremost, go to the gym + do cardio + healthy eating.

Second, you basically want to look like a fuckboy, without tryharding too much. But it still has to fit your looks. If you have a big back / V-shape im proportion to the rest of your body / waist, get clothes and a style that accentuates that.

A generic fuckboy look that still works at your age:
>Open button down shirt, with T-shirt beneath
>Fitting pants (not skin-tight, but skinny)
>some "barely noticeable" accessories, like a thin gold-chain, or a thin gold-chain with a cross or dog tags hanging off of it or some other bullshit + 1-2 bracelets
>expensive watch (no matter if fuckboy look or not)
You are not wearing the watch for women, but to socialize with other men more easily. Other successful guys also wear expensive watches. Get into contact with them through that. Successful men also often have a bunch of hot girls in their circle. More successful guys in your circle = more women to potentially fuck

Extras: Stylish Sunglasses / Glasses if that's your preference
A Cap makes you look younger / more relatable to young people / women (a good one, no cheap shit), especially if you're balding and don't shave it off, or are bald anyway

But yeah, get lean and muscular. Do a lab test of your sex hormones, analyze it with chatgpt, if you have critically low T take TRT otherwise just stay natural.
Go to the gym 6x a week, do the reddit PPL.
Do zone 2 cardio (read: very very slow running) every day.
Buy yourself those IKEA meal prep containers and prep your lunch for the week on sunday. Makes calorie counting easy because you only have to do it once a week. There's a youtube channel called TheMealPrepManual that helps with this.
Aim for a 500-600kcal deficit.
Depending on how much of a fatass nigger you are, you can be in reasonably jacked shape within half a year.
Women don't care about muscle beyond the natty limit, it's a turn off for them. They care about you being lean and jacked.
And they care about your face. "Tattoos, grooming, stylists" bunch of faggy shit that nobody cares about. The thing that matters is that your face is lean enough and that you have hair. I think you're on the wrong path if you think more (extreme) is better. I don't have any issues with you going on TRT+ but if I was you I'd probably still only lift 4 days a week following a mostly basic program at high intensity and add a few cardio sessions. Once you got the test boost you won't need to watch your diet that much either. The style upgrades will mostly be just basics that fit really well. Depending on the state of your hair and skin there could be some routines you could add for a more youthful appearance.

eh fuck it i'll bite. I'll assume you're starting from not doing anything

good news is you're at the sweet spot weight wise. can't speak to personal trainers but start doing StrongLifts 5x5 and couch to 5k. Do those programs for a month to set yourself a baseline for health as well as flexibility. 5ks are usually the distance for run clubs which could be good for social gains. Either continue doing stronglifts 5x5 for another month (i recommend three months if you have no lifting background) or switch to StrongLifts Plus for hypertrophy. You could do this with a personal trainer as well I guess, but again with your weight you're in the perfect spot where you probably won't blow out your knees while doing cardio and strength at the same time.

Get your t-levels checked. You want the full workout, they offer it at Quest. I don't know what to do with the results because I have beautiful hair and my levels are fine. Should probably use some steroids but I don't know which ones.

Style upgrades - don't get tattoos, that's going to reek of mid life crisis which you're going through. Go to the expensive haircut place near you, call ahead and ask if they do any kind of consult on what would look best for you. If you have any luck, this person will become the most important in your life.

Clothing - you want to look nice but not desperate during the week. If you're on a construction site, don't change into a three piece suit at 5pm to go out for drinks.

A big one you're missing is probably just basic social skills. It might be a bit dated but The Rules of the Game can help you start getting some basic communication skills back. I don't lean heavy into the PUA community but it is a classic. Find a sociable hobby or group, like a run club. Even if it's just to start.

Diet - meal prep. Learn to cook some chicken marinades and throw some frozen veggies in there. No soda. Watch it on the booze since you'll be going out more.

First off, Thanks.

Not a total noob to all the diet and lifting. Previously dropped 50+lbs multiple times with diet and exercise. My biggest problem is committing to a program, and not destroying my body so badly I'm too sore to train. Pacing myself is my downfall.

I just booked an appointment to get my hormone levels and genetic sequencing done.

I have multiple connections in the style and fashion industry. I also have a few gay friends who've always wanted to play "Queer Eye", so maybe it's time to call in a favor there too.

Won't be getting tattoos anytime soon, but it's just going to show the level of commitment I have here.

I'm quite the social guy. I'm looking forward to actually getting out of the house more than once a month!
