So whats the consensus after all the dust has settled...
How much protein do we need a day?
One gram per pound of body weight? Two?
Im looking at my Chonbani protein yogurt label. It has 20 grams of protein and says 40% of daily value, so its saying 50 grams is 100% daily value if my calculations are correct (they are).
I weigh 203 lbs. Im WAY off right?
Whats the number!?
