I have been lifting for a decade and I just did 10 minutes of raking. My whole body feels inflamed and sore now. Even my chest somehow. This proves that blue collar work is terrible for the body. None of the movements are controlled and braced like weight lifting. Imagine doing this for 8 hours a day and 5 days a week. This is why blue collar people look beat by 30.
