How bad are sleeping pills for you in the long term?

Imagine paying a shit ton of money to a jew so you can sleep. Do research on Circadian Rhythm. Put you phone down an hour before sunset. Watch the sun set preferably without glasses or contacts in. If possible, while watching the sun set, do some grounding. In the morning, watch the sun rise. This is almost as important as watching it set. You may also be deficient in magnesium and copper.

ambien is fucking amazing. For me its about every 10 nights or so I will just hit a wall where I cannot sleep. The frustration with not being able to sleep means I definitely won't be able to sleep. Its a vicious cycle I have dealt with my whole life. I can just pop a half an ambien and then sleep.

Its actually lower quality sleep than natty sleep but a hell of a lot better than having a sleepless night. That shit is terrible for you and kills gains.

Of course melatonin should be your first line of defense as well as proper sleep hygeine and everything else. But if you are a true insomniac then get some abien. But don't be a bitch and become reliant on it to sleep every night.

I was a terrible sleeper my whole life, even as a little kid. Eventually, I started to drink to sleep, and it worked like a charm for 15 or so years. Sometimes I'd take booze breaks with GHB, but that is just another form of abuse. Eventually, drinking started to take a toll on me, so almost 6 years ago, I stopped drinking (also, I no longer have a good G source).

My sleep issues remained, so I read a ton of books on sleep and tried all the recommended remedies. Consistent workouts, meditation, limiting stimulation and lights before bed, blue light blockers (those seemed ineffective), reading at night, and journaling to unwind. Also started drinking chamomile tea, ashwaganda, and a magnesium sleep supplement. Eventually, this was working out most nights, but every now and then, I just couldn't sleep still. After a few call-offs from work, I went to my MD, and he gave me a script for Temazepam 30mg.

I take it 3 times per week (I work 12-hour shifts, so 3 days a week is normal), but no more than that to avoid a physical dependency. Been on it for around 3 years now, and it my sleep still isn't perfect, but it is better.

Whatever you do, just don't take it every night or you will be fuuuuuuuucked

Also, read the book in the picture, it covers all the shit you should try before trying sleeping pills.

How does securing opium sources have anything to do with a prescription benzodiazepine?

Type 1 antihistamin REDUCES sleep quality, such as Zonat. It also give you a mild hangover(waking +4-5 hours), which is a severe hangover if the problem is low sleep quality.
Its prescribed as a alternative to insomnia, but won't fix it if its recurring, but it will partially fix that night.

Melatonin wakes you up after 4 hours of sleep every single time if the dose is too high. Also you build tolerance over 2-3mg per tablet.
Reduce dosage.

Hypnotic sleep drugs such as Imovan has very strong tolerance buildup. Even at 7,5mg the 7th tablet is nowhere near as potent as the first one
Even if you take half pills each 2nd week, the last pill is nowhere near as potent as the first one.

>how bad
pretty bad compared to fixing your sleep apnea

very bad
go for literally anything else first
sleep therapy, behaviour therapy, melatonin, etc before sleeping drugs
I've seen so many patients fucked because of this

Nobody really cares about hobbies much anymore. Look at how many "influencer" posts are up for 300+ replies. Most zoomers do not have hobbies, they hear about some retarded gossip then learn enough lingo so they know what to laugh at. Yes, they will correct you or give bad advice based off of this complete lack of experience, and others will agree with them.

Any drug beyond low dose melatonin is bad for your sleep basically, your body has it locked down. Anything that helps you fall asleep will fuck up your REM for the most part, things like weed, alc, or benzos for example. There may be exceptions, but I don't know of any. Things like .5-1mg melatonin, magnesium, or stuff you'd find in sleepy teas are fine
