Maybe.
First of all, check that you don't have hidden celiac disease (around 30% of people who have it don't have any obvious symptoms), if you do have it and it's left untreated, it will stop your gut healing itself from any other damage it suffers. For example, your gut could suffer damage from food poisoning, but it won't heal properly because of the constant inflammation that is present due to celiac disease. Get the genetic test for celiac disease (it's the best test) and if you have either of the two gene sequences that are associated with celiac disease, consider it to be a positive test (even though some doctors will say that not everyone who has these sequences has it, but they're wrong). If positive, then it's a gluten free diet for life I'm afraid.
Secondly, use something called a prokinetic, but only before bed. There are quite a few natural ones as well as pharmaceutical ones (you can look this up yourself), Ginger is probably the most common one.
Thirdly, you can experiment with probiotics. Some are helpful and some are hurtful, it's a mixed bag because everyone has a different microbiome, there's no one size fits all. Be careful and stick to the commonly used ones because some could be outright dangerous. Kefir, yogurts, cheeses, etc. are some good natural options. Also, avoid any that contain prebiotics like Inulin or Fructooligosaccharides.
Lastly, and obviously, stick to the fodmap/sibo diet for symptom relief. Not a cure though obvs.
