How do I lose these fucking tits? I've been on tirz for 5 months, lost over 100 lbs, but the tits just won't go. I don't think its gyno, there's no one songle solid mass in them or a ball or anything like that. When I squeeze them they just feel like sacs of skin with random fat particles scattered inside.

Are my only choices surgery or cut to skeleton mode? I don't want to do either of those things. I've already lost more muscle mass than I'm comfortable with (or maybe I just never had much and it was all fat). Being small sucks, anyone can push you over

I feel like cutting past this point would be a mistake. But it also seems like the only way to lose the tits

Are you stupid or something? I clearly am not 250lbs. I used to be obese, then with the help of tirz I fasted and exercised my ass off. You can see the loose skin as proof

>>76526040
I guess that's the best way to approach this. I do have pecs hiding under there, you can see the striations when I flex. The more muscle the flatter they will look I think, and that might be the best I can ask for without doing something drastic

I'm just talking out of my ass here and not through any experience you could probably try a few things at once
>build muscle to help fill out some of the loose skin
>check archives and do research on autophagy and whether some sort of fasting might help your body cannabilize some of the skin (probably broscience)
>also look into microneedling and topical or oral supplements that might help with something like this (I'd assume collagen may help)
>leave surgery as a last resort or do it after you've improved the situation so the surgery doesn't have to do as much work

Good job on losing the weight, but I think that you will need to consider surgery to completely get rid of the loose skin.
You should be able to build quite a bit more muscle, which will help to stretch the skin a bit more, but I dont think you can realistically expect to completely get rid of it that way.
Don't just focus on your chest, make sure to exercise back and shoulders as well and you will see how much of a difference you can make that way.

It's loose skin from fat lose, probably some remaining body fat too.

You now need to shape your upper body to get rid of it. Fill the skin with muscle. Hit the upper chest hard to help balance out the mass. Incline bench, Incline flies, front raises. Nothing flat. Nothing decline. Also hit the back hard, particularly the upper back to help pull things up and back. Rows, incline rows, reverse flies, shrugs. Lat raises will also help widen the top of your body to make the problem area proportionally smaller.

Good job in the weight lose OP. Keep going.

Really depends on your height. At my heaviest I was just about 240 pounds and I haven't had any loose skin, but I am taller than average.
Partially it can also depend on your genetics and age, the younger you are the more likely your are to not have loose skin. Also don't do any crash diets, lose the weight slowly and exercise to build some muscle.
In the end you can't really say for sure if you will end up with loose skin or not, but I think that 240 isnt that extreme, so your odds should be pretty good to not have to deal with those issues.

if you aren't doing surgery, aim for built fat, you can't do a lean physique, i'm a former fat too, so I understand, but you gotta make due with what you got, if you get surgery you can be leanmode, though. Get some fat on those tits and some muscle and they'll look a bit better.

The stomach and love handles are just a permanent reminder of your failure, there's not much to tighten those up, some fat would help with wrinkles.

If you were 5'7 and 240 pounds then its not really surprising that you ended up with some loose skin. Also since you lost the weight fast that didnt help with it either.
If it doesnt bother you that much, you might as well give it a year and try to build as much muscle as you can to see how you will look. Otherwise you can go to some clinic and get an assessment from a doctor on how much it would cost you to get the skin removed.

Yeah, I knew this would happen to some extent, I was willing to put up with it in my gut area, but I didn't expect my tits to still hang like they do, especially on camera. They still look better than they did before the weight loss though, before they were like torpedoes.

I really don't want the scarring and I have poor people's insurance that probably won't cover it since it's not impeding my daily life. I'm gonna go the route of just keep lifting for now and try to hit the problem areas and back/shoulders as was recommended itt

Honestly if you are willing to put in the work, I think that at your height you can be at least 160 pounds, maybe even a bit more, depending on what body fat you want to be.
I think your stomach will be more problematic than your chest, just because it is harder to build a thicker core, dont forget to target your obliques as well.
Good job on losing weight, its not easy to go through such a change.

But you are a bit taller and less heavy than OP, so assuming you lose the weight gradually while also exercising, your odds should be pretty good in not having much issues with loose skin.

OP here, I should clarify that it wasn't just the ten years of over eating and drinking after high school that fucked my body up, I had childhood obesity as well. My tits have always been the first place to carry fat and I completely fucked it up before even reaching puberty. Then in my high school years I continued binge eating toncope depression and shit, so really, it's been closer to 20 years of fucking my body up that got me looking this way even after weight loss. And of course doing it so fast didn't help

Also, the loose skin isn't nearly as bad as it would be if I was boogie size. I look completely normal just by tucking it under my boxers. We'll, normal in the midsection. So I'm really not too concerned with it, working abs and obliques as was mentioned should help a lot

It's entirely unique to the person, there is no guideline.
1: age
2: gender
3: genetics
4: skin health, two twins can vary wildly due to this
5: starting weight
6: starting Bf%
7: For how long
I'm down 60 pounds myself and have a bit of loose skin, but it's starting to tighten up and fill in while lifting.

I lifted about 4 hours every week. I could have done more, sure, but I'm natty and want to stay that wah so muscle growth is going slow. I think my frame is great though. I just tuck the belly skin under my boxers and with a shirt on my tit sacs look like pecs. I was on about 500 calories a day, almost all protein, when I wasn't doing 24 hour fasts. Talk shit on glp all you want but it fucking works and turns unhealthy people with fucked up eating habits into normal human beings.
