Can the scientists of /fit/ explain cholesterol to me? If a fatass with high cholesterol from eating processed shit every day went from that to
>A: Doing a cycle of 3 days water fasting (with electrolytes) and 1 day of eating that same processed shit (not binging 5k+ calories, just a normal recommended amount of calories for a single day)
>B: Doing a cycle of 3 days water fasting (with electrolytes) and 1 day of eating only things that aren't on the "Foods to Avoid for Low Cholesterol" list that the doctor gave them

What might cholesterol levels look like after a few months of following either of those routines? How big is the difference in refeeding on shit vs good food?

High cholesterol is downstream of a bigger metabolic problem. Namely, you should not be flooding your body with an excess of fuel.
