Many such cases. Their exercises are retarded, incredibly unsafe and force your body to exert itself in the most stupid ways under literally no supervision, direction or training

Because it's beneficial for this particular sport. People with different body types get filtered out early on.
The same applies to pretty much all physical sports, there's a certain physique with certain proportions that's essentially hyperoptimised for a certain sport.

I do crossfit (crucify me, it's effective) and 90% of the women in there who make a commitment to come regularly are very attractive. Never noticed a "crossfit body" phenomenon.
Maybe it's more common at a competitive level? Female bodybuilders who compete are often built like a fridge as well. It's not exclusive to crossfit
