These are memes. I would never barbell squat nor deadlift because those 2 lifts axially load your spine by a lot even with proper form. Do other forms of squats like belt or goblet
For upper body compounds you have dips, the bench press and its variations, OHP and its variations, pull-ups and rows (I recommend chest supported).
So, my suggestion is that you do compounds followed by isolations and accesories. Experiment, mix and match and see what works for you.
