It's more about actual fat mass than the %. The more you have muscle the less you need bodyfat as %, someone who is 100kg with 10kg of fat on him will have no hormonal issues even though he is only 10% bf.

Yes, but you need to structure your life around it. There needs to be certain habits, certain foods, and hobbies that you upkeep. Most people would rather focus on career or family or something.

Genetics maybe but being low bodyfat dosent take energy at all i was 83kg 182cm abs showing striations on shoulders and veins on stomach. And i could be that all my life without any problem.

23 years and counting. Some people are just naturally skinny, I've never been above 10% no matter how much I eat. It'd be a flex if I had anything to flex
