How hard is it? Any first hand experience?

It's more about actual fat mass than the %. The more you have muscle the less you need bodyfat as %, someone who is 100kg with 10kg of fat on him will have no hormonal issues even though he is only 10% bf.

Yes, but you need to structure your life around it. There needs to be certain habits, certain foods, and hobbies that you upkeep. Most people would rather focus on career or family or something.

Depends on your genetics, but I've been sub 12% for almost my entire life, and it's as difficult as being reasonably active.

Is IF the answer to this?

>Easily
I dont see many people walk around with 12% bf all i see are fatass or overweight man. Even 15% is rare
Anonymous No.76533074
>spend 6-10 months cutting down to 12%
>eat an OMAD at maintenance and do cardio a few times a week

The hard part is getting there, maintaining is easy.

23 years and counting. Some people are just naturally skinny, I've never been above 10% no matter how much I eat. It'd be a flex if I had anything to flex
