You really don't need that much cardio for good sex, I used to bike maybe 2-5 miles a couple times a week on hilly terrain and that was enough cardio to go for an hour or two in bed, 2-3 times a day before being absolutely beat.

i despise treadmills. i've hurt my legs once while i was young plus i do mountaineering so treadmills wont really help me adapt to rugged terrain plus cardio indoors is extremely boring

yep you're right but im currently at my hometown, gonna go back to collage in 3 weeks tops where the weather is much much colder. This is true. I avoided cardio for almost 15 years and only lifted weights. I would struggle to recover in between sets and sex was pretty mediocre and would wind me. After doing cardio for 6 months and really improving my vo2 max sex is completely different, it barely registers as exercise and my liftsnhave gotten much stronger just because I can push myself harder. Dont neglect cardio.

My gym has a two-hour parking limit and most of my sessions take 90-120 minutes. That's if I don't have to cut them early to get to work. Would gladly incorporate 20 min of cardio if I had the time. Otherwise I try to go on a walk during my lunch break if I have nothing else to do.
