big mistake man, never go for the gym recepcionist, from my experience there are probably 10 other guys like you thinking they got a chance with her because she smiles at you when she greets you, also she is the first and the last person you see at the gym, imagine how weird would it become if you ask her out and she rejects you

My gym had 2 super cute, rare 10/10, they both quit their job without saying good bye it's a minimal paying job they usually are cute students that do it part time just to get by and once they find something better they leave you don't mean anything to them but still it's nice to be kind to them I'm kind towards all the employees at my gym they are good friends

I never ask chicks out. They typically ask me when they get comfortable. That said it's not like every chick does that so if she doesn't show interest I'll be cool with that
