Track everything I eat to make sure I am getting enough of my daily nutrients and the smallest amount of calories possible. As I get closer to a BMI that is just overweight, or just over obese I transition into a diet/lifestyle that will teach me how to eat once I am at goal weight so that I don’t gain it back.

Look for pool aerobics, stationary recumbent bikes, some light weights, low impact to start. As I start to weigh less look to walk more, heavier weights. Than move onto light jogging/running and some higher intensity training

I’m gonna need to be buying new wardrobe of clothes as it goes on and will probably need skin removal after. Start saving up for that.
