Favorite curl variation?

Also you should leave this site. There is nothing of value left. It corrupts the soul bit by bit though foul ideas that mess with your mind. Be free of this place.

The gym I go to right now has a plate loaded preacher curl machine with a really good resistance profile, so that's my favorite right now. Other than that unilateral preacher curls would be my favorite. I also do seated hammer curls.

machine bicep curl

It's nice to just remove every other muscle out of the equation. I can put it anywhere in my routine.

>sit sideways on bench with uno dumbbell and leaned on elbow of hand with dumbbell - this relaxes front delt and back at the same time
>so it's more of isometric hold with roughly 90 degs in elbow for biceps and brachialis i guess? doing long head like nothing else would ?
>but
bot i have van-damesque biceps peak and i never had it :D

are you talking a flat bench or an incline? and are you fully on your side? and what do you do with the other arm? you need to draw this or something if you're confident enough in its efficacy to link your own posts between threads because honestly you're explaining it like a retard

My favorite curl variations are the ones that dont hurt my shoulder due to biceps tendinosis. I can do preacher curls and the curl machines as long as they support the elbow from behind. To target my biceps now I just do neutral grip, chin up and regular pull-ups followed by preacher curl, and the nautilus curl machine and then I also hit them to a smaller degree on back day with a close grip chin up grip on the lat pull down. My biceps arent as big as id like but they are big enough to where people know I lift.
