All you need is cardio and ethically sourced food.

Anything else is narccissm and vanity

I am a human, narcissism and vanity are baked into my DNA
I will enjoy unethically sourced food and products

>what is wrong with narcissism and vanity?

Results in destructive behaviour that harms individuals needlessly and ultimately destabilises society, as evidenced by the behaviour of uncontrolled billionaires

>also define 'ethically sourced food'

Food sources that acknowledge the unfortunate realty that we evolved to eat meat, balanced against the decent treatment of animals, allow them to roam and live as natural a life as possible, not tortured and kept in cages. Even from a self interested view, you don't want to consume meat high in cortisol, it will make you ill

Allow small farmers to receive decent profits, exclude companies like Monsanto which chemically alter crops to make small farmers dependent upon them

>define ethics

Girl, is Wikipedia blocked in your country?

by the way, your point about cortisol - you do know that the elites torture little children before they eat them and drink their blood, right? in fact, consuming another creature's pain and terror could only logically make you stronger.

Ill define it with regards to you. Since youre trying to ask a gotcha question that requires nuance and context.

Someone who actively causes unnecessary harm, for no gain

... yes, cortisol is a part of the adrenochrome process.

>>76537842
who defines what harm is necessary and isn't? you're replying to someone who said that they're doing it to improve his gains, and hten you call him evil. that makes no sense. you're contradicting yourself
Anonymous No.76537862 >>76537866
>>76537855
It makes perfect sense, you just cant face being honest with yourself.

Eating animals is a necessary harm. We evolved to be omnivores, its part of what makes up a healthy diet. The animals we eat can can be treated well, they can run in fields and lead happy lives.

This is objectively preferable to keeping them caged and harming them. If you dont want to admit you're causing unnecessary harm by wanting animals harmed, why comment? Who are you trying to convince?

vegans don't get B vitamins easily from diet, although nutritional yeast has plenty and tastes alright.
a B12 deficiency in particular will ruin your sleep - chubbyemu has an autobiographical video about that.
>>76532797 (OP)
you need to be able to pick stuff off the ground (deadlift) and to get yourself off the ground (get-up). In general you need to be able to walk around without abruptly falling and breaking something. If you've ever stumbled and caught yourself then you've put a lot more weight on a part of your body that usually doesn't bear that weight, and if you can't catch yourself then you fall, and the older you get the more it is a death sentence to fall without check.
you need muscles. aerobics you should be getting from enjoying life.
