It's because most people here don't lift, and when they do, they lift with no intensity/effort, so they think that anyone that builds any degree of muscle must automatically be on gear.
You have to also consider that a lot of people here, compared to older days, are now just fat fucks trying to lose weight, so when you pitch the idea that you need to be in a slight surplus to build muscle they will instantly seethe about you being fat because they assume the default state of any person is being a disgusting fat fuck like they are.
Last, but not least, a lot of people here are gullible, so they look at altered photos of people posing and flexing in favorable light while being pumped and they assume that's how these people look like throughout the day at all times (which they would know is bullshit if they actually were fit instead of fat or DYELs).
