Your teeth natyrally shouldn't be white as calcium makes them slightly yeallow.

Unless the discolouration is caused by staining or your teeth being unclean, no there is no way, teeth are naturally yellowish.

theyll start to whiten up over time if you practice good dental hygiene on a regular basis and have a clean diet

oral health and gut health are interrelated as the mouth is part of the digestive organs

In such case it's either stains of lack of emanel. In case of a later nanogydroxyapatite toothpaste will do the trick. It remineralizes emanel making them whiter.

does this cause teeth sensitivity?

I think either my gum or my tooth or I don't even know if I have a hole inbetween my teeth gaps that is extremely sensitive.

I don't want to make my teeth more sensitive and hav always had yellow teeth since I was young. I think possibly due to not brushing my teeth some days

it only makes your teeth sensitive if you have bad oral health and active cavities.
however it is still possible to use them, cutting them horizontally in half usually helps and using sensodyne sensitive toothpaste to fill out the holes that are causing the sensitiveness. do it for 2 weeks before starting and dont rinse after using toothpaste. u can also literally just put the toothpaste into the sensitive teeth with your finger, dont even need to brush.

Define "Natural".
If you mean like go to the store and buy stuff? Yeah, if you use whitening toothpaste and strips, you teeth will be pretty white.

If you mean like buying random ground up roots on websites and smearing them over your face or something because you don't believe in "The jewntist" then, no.

The only legitimate way to whiten teeth is peroxide, lights don’t work other stuff like charcoal or coconut whatever is bullshit that’s either a waste of money time or could be damaging. Peroxide is safe and natural. You should probably get something OTC. If you have sensitivity get something like sensodyne with potassium nitrate. Brush and floss too, get fluoride from your dentist to remineralize your teeth

Your teeth shouldn’t be yellow if you have good oral hygiene. Practice that first and you’ll see improvement.

Unless you have stained teeth from birth, those can only be fixed from professional whitening.

Regardless, I don’t recommend putting chemicals on your teeth (professional or otherwise) unless you have to. Peroxide can cause sensitivity, gum recession and worst of all enamel erosion. You’ll get white but brittle teeth.

Focus on strengthening the teeth and mouth and you’ll have white teeth (strengthen here is good oral hygiene, good habits for optimal ph/bacteria in the mouth for remineralization, and a healthy diet). White here is natural white not bleach white.

Fluoride in small doses is fine. This has never been conflicting info, only schizo info. Fluoride has resulted in a decline in tooth decay across America since it was introduced

Alcohol mouth washes are bad because they dry your mouth. Mouth wash is kind of a meme, warm salt water is just as good

Above all brush and floss twice a day and avoid sugar but that doesn’t work after your mouth starts to rot

How bad are they now and how bad are your gums?

Oral health is one of those brutally finite, irreversible aspects of life. If your teeth and gums get past a certain point, the only thing you can do is spend thousands, if not tens of thousands of dollars, and suffer through excruciating oral surgeries.

Or you could take a week off and book a flight to whatever brown town is the medical tourism hotspot for dental shit (I think it's Mexico but I could be wrong... I know it's not Turkey, because Turkey is where you go for cheap hair transplants), where you'll only spend a few hundred dollars and you get to spend a few days zonked out on painkillers in a Mexican hotel room, and hopefully you won't get AIDS or hepatitis from dirty dental equipment.

Also don't kiss the hookers on the mouth because your stitched gums will leave you vulnerable to infection.

Step 1:
Use a ''whitening'' toothpaste. A step so simple I feel retarded I didn't do it sooner. The supposed whitening toothpaste gets rid of the surface stains. It should make your teeth noticeably whiter but then after that point it does literally nothing because it's not whitening your teeth, it just removed surface stains.
Step 2: actual whitening with hydrogen peroxide. Go to a dentist to get this done or get some home kits. Don't try retarded shit like rinsing your mouth with hydrogen peroxide, it will do so much damage to your mouth you will destroy your life.

I want to add that I had semi professional whitening done (at home kit with your teeth mold). It worked very well but the sensitivity got pretty bad. I’m talking stabbing pain out of nowhere several times with the application on. The fact that I still somehow endured all that for white teeth was stupid. I would never do that again and haven’t done it again since. I’ve talked to several people including the dentists and everyone says that’s normal. I heard in office whitening is even worse interms of pain. I was like no way that’s healthy and ITS NOT after my own research. So yeah, just a warning to people. If I could go back, I wouldn’t do it. Save myself money and pain. Mistakes were made. Again a warning.

Although nothing truly serious happened (aside from the pain), I didn’t lose teeth or have lasting sensitivity or anything like that, which could happen to some people. Sometimes, I do wonder if whitening my teeth that one time weakened or damaged my enamel. I don’t think so because my teeth looks fine now but still, mistakes were made. Again a warning.

It hurts, but it could have been worse. I have gingivitis, but my doc said that it is because my cleaning was over due. I should be fine in a few weeks of keeping up with my oral hygiene (which she praised so far because she was expecting the decayed tooth to wreck havoc a while ago)

I can't remember when but as far as I remember my teeth were always yellow. I know I skipped brushing them some nights and just drank a lot of coke/junk food. I don't know what else could be but maybe if I ask my parents.

I never drank much breast milk though, but I must have had it sometimes.

If they use shitty whitening products or they’re uneducated (both are probably the case) then yes you will get sensitivity but there’s ways to prevent it and better shit out there. Whitening is safe, effective and can have minimal sensitivity

If the sensitivity was only temporary, why wouldn't it be worth it?
One week of even the most extreme sensitivity doesn't sound so bad desu. You just need to be careful of what you put in your mouth for a few days, but at the end you have your normal sensitivity back, and your teeth are whiter.
