I have theory that the body has a rate of adaption/accommodation that cannot be increased through effort. Most people push too hard in training, which actually slows down adaption through stress accumulation. Essentially, a person needs to let the gains come to them. They cannot force it through effort.

I'll give it to you because you're based, but nobody else is allowed to read this so move on pals.

Weights are not ideal for volume training. Do low volume, low rep failure sets. You can get away with doing one set, two is ideal, but this won't help with endurance so you'll gas out easily, and it doesn't bloat up the muscles like some of you bodybuilder wannabes want.

To get the endurance and the look, you add a high volume day. So 2 days a week you're doing low volume strength to form more muscle fibers. 1-2 days a week you do high volume bodyweight. Look up various athletic sports exercises, a wide variety is better or you can get into a routine with the ones you prefer. On the strength days you're using the best possible strength methods to pack on muscle fibers without wasting time with junk volume, weights are not for volume training. Then on your volume days, you're doing the most efficient exercises for gaining endurance/glycogen storage. You will be an athletic machine but the side effect of that is aesthetics/size.

If you are consistent with training, diet and sleep then nothing is going to β€œkill your gains”. You weren’t making them to begin with and you have blamed this on something you did during that period

It’s really simple. If you can’t fix something through your diet, exercise or sleep then you have an extremely severe medical problem. It isn’t women, beer, your job, your parents, the jews, Normies, college or whatever else that is causing your lack of progress - it’s one of those three. There are virtually no cases, outside of you having a serious illness, where this isn’t where your issue lies

There is a fixed rate that muscle is packed, yes. But noob gains are from better form and getting used to lifting. Easy to add 60 lbs to a squat when you know what you're doing. People struggle often because they up the weight too quickly, meaning they can "complete" the set with pisspoor form, and start spinning their tyres because they never actually learn how to do shit properly.

Like, do you know how many people I see flex their abs inwards on a squat?
