too much muscle is actually not ideal for survival scenarios which is why you dont see special ops or soldiers looking like natty bodybuilders, they are mostly big and muscular yes but to look that shredded you have to be at a low bodyfat level and thats not if you are not competing. I don't really think that your average woman likes sub 10 bodyfat percentages, in my experience women prefer some fat on the bones. Soldiers of old weren't low bodyfat trenheads, low bodyfat is actually extremely unideal for say fighting especially in the pre-industrial times

beauty-wise yes, i think that its mostly same especially in europe. however i believe that the ideal male body, especially evolutionary-wise, is muscular with not so low bodyfat. I think this changes frm culture to culture, my ancestors were pastoral nomads so if you looked like belvedere you wouldn't survive or if you were like the modern bodybuilder, same shit. nobility wasn't muscular back in europe for quite some time, especially non-knight or non-fighting nobles just look at manuscripts and they were the epitome of male beauty back then. all you have to do is eat big and lift compounds mostly with high intensity, thats all you have to do. your body didn't evolve to do fucking leg extensions or upright rows. this ''low bodyfat is aesthetic'' nonsense also makes people stigmatized against fat, so they stick to 45%carbs 25%fat and 30% blindly without experimenting. i felt extremely tired while having a 45 to 50 carb diet but after switching to 45 to 50 percent fat diet i feel like i can fucking take on an elk. every metabolism is different. also more intercourse with women obviously due to having some meat on my bones. take the compoundpill/functionalitypill anon if you are ever wondering what you should do.
