Rating my cutting plan :
>Day 1 : Liver/heart + protein shake + veggies, OMAD, drink water throughout the day, moderate cardio + resistance training
>Day 2 : fast the entire day, only eat dates+nuts and water before cardio
>Cycle between the two
>500cal deficiency
>Once in a while eat two consecutive days or fast two consecutive days or three
