Pic related isn't me but it's similar enough, how do I get rid of that lose skin? Bulk up and train lower abs? Lose more weight? Surgery?

Just maingain, get as big as possible without getting fatter
Skin will adjust a little bit and stretch out over your muscles making it look minimal
Surgery is always an option if you're not a poorfag
this is my biggest fear :( im 210lbs currently at 5"10, my goal is 180lbs, my heaviest was 245lbs for a year, am I going to make it?

Identical starting point, currently 8lbs heavier than your goal weight, no lose skin and I'm in my 30s. Lost it fast too

Just time. Just stay lean, do bulk and cut cycles to like 18%BF maximum and cut down to 12%. It'll get better.

Sane height started at 260lbs. Currently 165 14%BF. No loose skin. If you don't already have deflated areas youre not going to.

If you actually get bigger your skin would stretch anyways

Step 1, keep your skin hydrated!!!! Topically and internally. Always.
I agree with the other posts saying making the muscle bigger. Also consider:
1. Dry skin brushing (circulation aspect)
2. Ab stimulator. Now I don’t think this is a miracle but I’ve noticed very slightly tighter abdominal skin with consistent use. I wear mine in the morning before getting ready for work and sometimes before bed.
3. Skin creams that promote collagen (tretinoin and retinol)
4. Good diet. Remember vitamins like vitamin c and zinc which are important for our skin. Have enough protein and collagen. Fresh fruit/veggies. You are what you eat.
5. Procedures. There’s all sorts of micro needling, laser procedures. I do believe they work but go to a credible plastic surgeons office. Wait before doing this because I think you can see results by taking the steps above. It’s also very expensive.
6. Time. With time I do feel it gets better especially if you are young (under age of 35)

Posting the"meme" until you fuckin retards understand you need a sustainable diet to grow muscle and lose fat then adjust your intake after a year. When you starve yourself and have no muscle, you lose more muscle and rebound with weight gain. Bulking is just hard to eat so much and honestly not good for you to. Steady as it goes wings the race.
