Yup, that was me. I took half before a workout plus caffeine for the vaso-dilation and "pump" effect. And I took the other half later so I could coom more volume, which I did, and it was great. But I guess the catch is we get gut inflammation...
To fix it I did total elimination diet, ate nothing but plain yogurt for 3 weeks, took prune juice or magnesium citrate + gallons of water every morning to force the shit out, then it eventually went away. Now I have to avoid amino acid supplements and even whey powder.
