Yeah, but the photo says lifting weights is better for cardio than cardio. If your weight lifting is aerobic, your lifts are garbage and you're leaving way too much in the tank for a set.
Like, do both, but claiming lifting is a replacement and not a compliment to running is pure copium.
I'm sure anyone who claims this would be beyond gassed trying to run a measily 5k. Which means their aerobic capacity, or cardio, is shit.
