The only suplements you'll ever need.
Anything else is a waste of money.

>yeah bro just get some meh-tier gainz with whey powder everything else is a huge Jewish scam
Take a non-shit-tier multivitamin for what you need. Disregard what is "essential" in supplement research and focus on what has bioactivities correlated with more muscle or less disease or whatever, there are tons of other better supplements out there even though whey is OK.

You don't even need those. Creatine primarily only serves as an osmotic potentiator and makes your muscle cells absorb more water, making them appear bigger and harder. If you're not on a starvation diet, your CK is already supersaturated with dietary creatine. Which is why creatinine is only second to urea as a waste product in urine. Whey is fine if you need it. But 99% of people don't actually need it and just think they do because they're too retarded to put in the basic effort to cook up a chicken breast. Only 2 kinds of people need whey: you can't tolerate solid food because either you're a top tier athlete and bulking, or you have some medical condition limiting your ability to eat solid food. Or you need a good shelf stable protein source, and it would also be too impolite to slam pouches of tuna wherever you are.

You don't need to supplement whey. Chicken's cheaper per gram of protein. Buying whey is a matter of convenience and comfort. Not "need".

whey is also a waste of money though
chicken breasts are infinitely more nutritious and offers several times higher protein per bucks

Yep. You forgot steroids, but yes, those 2 items have been around since day one, along with steroids.
Everything else was just fad bullshit.

havent been on the whey juice for at least a few years. got myself some whey from hsn (spanish company). anyone got experience with them? last time I bought something was from myprotein but they hiked up their prices during the covidscamflu so I dont want to support their jewish tactics.

Convenience factor. Be kinda weird eating chicken at the gym, getting chicken all over my bar and plates. Dont have to cook it, just mix it with mil preferably and drink. You can use water if youre gay and worried about calories.

There's other things I take that may or may not have benefits, but zero downsides, like vitamins and fish oil. But creatine is just an inconvenience on top of that. Pills and a swig of water is a quick batched step. Creatine is a whole separate thing and I have to basically make up a shot of it separately from everything else, and it tastes like shit. I know you can get it in pill form, but that really rules out the cheap factor.

Its not strong in taste, but in quantities of gram that is pretty potent compared to flour or salt or oils.

>protein powder
useless, you can get enough from just eating real food which tastes a lot better anyways
>creatine
useless. i promise you, if you bench 150kg, and you start taking creating, you will still bench 150kg. it will not add even a 1kg on to your lift. if you claim 10-20% increase you are literally just straight up trolling. you will never in a million years be able to put 165kg let alone 180kg on the bar just because you took creatine. the people who make these kind of gains on creatine are beginners who bench 60kg and then their bench goes up to 80kg. guess what, you are a beginner and you made noob gains, that would have happened with or without creatine. it has at the absolute most MAYBE a 1% increase in performance, which i guess is something.

more like you're just a prissy little bitch
I take 10g creatine (from a legit source) a day with plain water, there's literally nothing resembling "taste" in there
it is even more "painless" than a sting in your analogy

Creatine did nothing to me except shed my hair.
I do NOT care what any """study""" says, I tried it at 2 different times and every single time, 3 weeks after starting it, I started shedding bushels of my beautiful norwood 0 hairline. And ever time, after stopping it for 3 weeks, the shedding will also stop.

It seems you can't afford the very basics like pic rel plus multivitamins.
