Diet thread
describe a typical day of eating.

for me its

>breakfast
2 eggs
100g oats
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
250ml of milk
100g of kasar cheese
1 teaspoon of cod liver oil
1 tortilla

>lunch
100g einkorn bulgur
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of olive oil

>snacks
1 apple
1 pear
1 banana
1 peach

>dinner
1 cup of yogurt with garlic and cucumber
350g of a fatty cut of beef or salmon
a handful of walnuts
500ml of kefir

rarely oats (either overnight oats or porridge if I feel like making it)
>lunch (pre-workout)
80-150g of pasta/rice, will include protein depending on how I make it
a fruit
>dinner
mostly meat/fish

I do calisthenics btw, be honest with me /fit/ros, am I going to fucking die?
I'm pretty skinny tho

Good diet OP but do you just not eat vegetables outside of the garlic and cucumber? Where are the micros coming from? You could add a few cups of greens for like 50 cal and feel a lot better

And the rest is whatever the fuck I feel like, I just eat until I'm 7/10 full. Intuitive eating only works until 15% bf though, I'd need to seriously count to get shredded

100g of oats is a lot of food volume wise, you'd be bloated all day even if you managed it.

I used to eat 300g of oats in the morning, dialed it back to 100g now

100g of oats is nothing

I'll have 100g of oats in the morning and then

500g up to 1kg of ground beef/chicken/pork with 300g of rice.

Nearly 4000 cals is my upper limit - normally hit 3500+.

bloating = too much gluten, too much sugary bullshit, too much lactose or not timing your meals correctly

Oats are for faggots. Have a potato isntead. Eggs & potato for breakfast is the ultimate.
