My back and knees are too fucked to do anything resembling mediocre weight on squat and DL.

I can strict OHP 135 more times than I can squat. I can bench 275 more times than I can DL it.

I don't ohp for weight because it gives me too many bullshit injuries but I did get 1pl8 for 1 just to say that I could do it
If I can crack 2.5/3.5/4.5 for at least 3 each before the year is done I'll be happy

I don't press, I don't bench, I don't deadlift, I only squat 3 plates for 4-6 reps. I want to be a fucking quadzilla, idgaf about anything else, maybe my back a bit.

Memes aside how it every fitizen not at 4 pl8 DL? It's literally just standing up while holding something, use straps if your hands are the weakpoint but this is imminently do-able if you just try.

Where your weight from benching, squatting and deadlifting has to equal a thousand or more pounds.

Depends on the gym really, some gyms have a lot of jacked guys, some gyms are full of dyels.
For the most part, not many. Most people don't do OHP or deadlifts.

I'm at 90kg ohp 1rm, 150kg bench 1rm, got to 140kg squat 1rm and stopped doing them because my form just sucks too much; don't deadlift because I don't feel like going to snap city.
