You're focusing on moving weight from point A to point B, instead of building muscle. Weightlifting and bodybuilding are two different things.
Don't get me wrong, this is an impressive strength, and you should still open your workouts with it, but you have to fundamentally change the rest of your workouts.
Also the stupid glasses + hair make you look like a dork, nobody finds that look good.

Chin ups have never felt like a very effective exercise to me. I use them as warm up before doing curls with heavy dumbbells.

Looks fine. He’s just short and doesn’t weigh very much. Lifting doesn’t make you larger, eating more does. Wideness is built on frame genetics which pull ups won’t change either.

But… he could do nothing and then he’d just be short and weak. Right now he’s short and strong which is better.
