The macros end up being like 2000-3000 calories
180-200g protein
180-250g carbs
150-200g fat
GOMAD will leave you bloated and shitting yourself - even if you can digest a lot of milk the macros aren't worth it - too much sugar and too little protein, also a lot of fat.
As for lifting - SS works for like 3 to 6 months, but in my experience focusing on powerlifting programs and compound lifts like bench, squat, deadlift, ohp, and barbell rows for reps of 3-5 and around 3-5 sets will give you the best strength gains, and with strength comes size.
Don't fall for the hypertrophy meme of doing lots of reps and sets of lighter weight*, just lift heavy and eat big.
*unless you're on gear, and then you can do whatever the fuck you want and you'll still probably put on size.
