This is not true, however male sperm is more fragile to heat. Athletes, bodybuilders and fatsos have higher body temps

They temporarily shut down LH/FSH production but you can take HCG/HMG to restore both of those.
Or simply drop the steroids and your LH/FSH will return back to its original state after a few weeks.

There are some specific ones which might make you infertile forever though like trestolone
