Damn. Normally the best way to increase a lift is by doing it. But I'd be worried that you snap in half trying. I'd try hitting macro and protein goals for building muscle, then focus on strength training full body the entire time (three days a week).

What i would actually help them with is the bench since my bench is weak compared to everything else and i had to muscle it through. I have no useful advice for someone in deadlift because i naturally can pull high numbers
