pasteurized milk is whatever, but raw milk from a reputable source is a very anabolic beverage. If you go to the gym drinking tons of raw milk, you will have an abundance of IGF-1 and fat soluble vitamins, which are one of the most impactful factors for growing bigger. But remember, growing is NOT conducive to longevity.

The problem with posts like this is that you have absolutely zero legitimate evidence to prove anything you've just said. You have literally zero evidence for it. It's just a thing that you've made up to parrot and perpetuate the talking point that somehow raw milk is this magical beverage.

You're the type of s-0-y who needs a peer review study to tell him if he should inseminate his wife or let a nigger do it instead. Hopeless.

I recommend you stop thinking of milk as an inferior source of protein and start thinking of it as a superior source of carbohydrates and fats. It's a lot easier to down a quart of milk with your dinner than it is to eat a cup of bland white rice.

Skim milk has the same percentage of calories from protein as yellow peas. The higher in fat you go, the lower the percentage of protein by calories and volume. It's got 8 grams of protein per cup and 12 grams of sugar. It's a high sugar beverage, not a high protein beverage. You are objectively wrong in every measurement that matters. This discussion is over.

You mean one of the vegetables with the highest protein content lmao? (thought milk has the most complete protein out of any product while yellow peas got incomplete proteins). That's not proving your point retard. If milk is low protein beverage so is 99% of any other beverages. And like I said earlier, sugar doesn't determine whether it's a high protein beverage or not. The highest protein beverages are also loaded to the ass with sugar.
