I'm sure I started out benching 100lbs only because it was my first time and was working out alone. I was able to bench 1pl8 a few weeks later after I said fuck it and tried.

You shouldn't be able to vote without passing a PT test. At no point should you be able to influence the process which might send people to war and not be capable of participating in that war yourself.
Politicians especially should be subjected to as many rigors possible very publicly. The idea of seeking authority that you hold no right to should be punished immensely, falling upward or abusing individual relationships instead of actually being competent at the job or having the support of your constituents or even just being able to bring more violence to the table when challenged (wither personal or as a collective) should not be possible.

Sub 135 1RM bench is common for skinny sedentary or solely cardio trained people btw

A lot of guys who weigh over 250lbs can bench 135 untrained but its through a combination of cheat ROM and a higher baseline of muscle mass obtained from rucking a bunch of extra fat weight their whole lives.

I remember being 14 and being in the weight room. When we were doing 1 RM's it was all half repping to put down a higher number on your fitness testing. After 4 months of access to a gym and training, virtually everyone put up between 115 and 205. I don't remember anyone doing 2pl8.
