My theory is food quality, and this only applies to America.
The more I learn about the American economy and how it operates the more I realize it values efficiency, yield, and profit rather than quality.

I didn't realize this until I went to Europe; I would eat a normal sized meal and it would satiate me for hours. The quality of the food was so great and yet so cheap it was insane. In America I can eat, and eat, and eat and I'll still be hungry. I'm almost certain they either put additives in everything or the overall nutritional quality of our food is simply so piss poor it doesn't satiate.

Yesterday I went and grabbed a Garbage Plate, (For non Rochestarians, it's a plate of Burgers, beans, mac salad, and homefries topped with meatsauce, and it's about 3000 calories) yeah, after scoffing it down I was still hungry. I'm a 160 pounds.

The health problems and aging are due to diet mainly for these reasons.
Could be the water also. There's been talk about fixing it all with regulations but they'll never pass.

My guess its probably food quality but it has to be something else too, but its not only about "looking young", its also general wellbeing. When i was a kid i used to eat 5 days a week at my grandmas, she was old school as fuck, she would personally walk to the traditional market, pick every single thing following her own criteria and then she spent like 4 hours cooking all of that. She would place the same plate in front of everyone, it didnt matter if you were a 4 years old kid or her construction worker son, everyone had to finish it all. Since i was a kid i wasnt exactly fat, but bulky and strong as fuck, while most of my friends were skinny fat or obese. We would play "fighting horses" and everyone wanted me as the horse because i always won and i was able to carry everyone on that class for the whole break non stop. Nowadays, zoomers and other people dont tell me specificically that "i look young", but they have also told me i dont look old either and no one ever overestimates my age. I also had a period of my life where i was unhealthy as fuck and rotten as fuck and people did told me i looked older.

It is that simple also, girls in middle school are either 11,12 or 13 year old. Girls tend to start puberty around age 10-11 so at the end of middle school and start of high school depending on the year when she started puberty she has had between 2 and 4 years of development.

It might come as a suprise to you but at around the age of 15 girls are practically speaking done growing. They have reached their adult height and size by 99% and wont change any signifcantly compared to previous years (bone size, length etc. they might however gain extra weight in adult life and become obese).
