Well um guys too late for me but I guess maybe don't do those exercises. Once your back gets injured it never gets uninjured and gets worse and worse.
Like you can still build muscle in safer ways. Injuring other areas like rotator cuff or knee isn't half as bad as injuring your back as all the nerves in the body go through there. I was a fun loving dude now all the fun is gone.. now like theres just lots of worry and pain and ugly future. Not worth it for some fucking muscle hehe.

those exercises can hurt your back. just requires 1 fuck up. So like every time you deadlift you are gambling that you wont fuck up your form for just 1 rep and ruin your back forever.

Not just threads from anonymous people. Literally thousands and thousands of actual confirmed accounts of this happening every single day
, yet retards still keep doing the most dangerous movements that build the least amount of muscle. There is no reason to ever deadlift and squat if you are pursuing bodybuilding.

What motivates someone to go online every day and invent injury stories to dissuade people from deadlifting/squatting? What is the actual payoff/thrill?
